Hunt, deceased, against the defendant under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq., to recover damages for actionable negligence of the defendant in causing a derailment of one of its fast passenger trains as it passed a switch at Maple, South Carolina, resulting in the death of plaintiff's intestate, who was riding thereon...
