WESTHUES, Judge.
Appellant Ingram, Donald Dean Knollhoff, Clyde Casey, and Ronald Berry were jointly charged by an indictment with robbery in the first degree by means of a dangerous and deadly weapon. Ingram was tried separately and a jury found him guilty, assessing his punishment at imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for a term of six years.
