Plaintiff, Sanford Crawford, instituted his action against defendant, Virgil Parsons, in the Circuit Court of Monongalia County for recovery of damages alleged to have resulted from negligence of defendant in the operation of an automobile in which plaintiff, at the time of injury, was riding as an invited guest.
