Plaintiff brought this action against defendant Pierceall to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when the car in which plaintiff was riding as a guest was hit from the rear by a car driven by Pierceall. The jury brought in a verdict in favor of defendant. From the judgment based on that verdict plaintiff appeals.

The accident happened on August 27, 1953, between 4 and 5 p.m. in the vicinity of where the 98th Avenue overpass crosses...
