This is a case of an automobile collision at an ordinary street intersection in a residential district of Louisville. The accident happened about half past 12 o'clock in the morning of December 16, 1954.

Roy Farris sued Vernell Summerour, the driver, and James E. Gibbs, Jr., the owner of the car which collided with his car. Gibbs counterclaimed for damages to his automobile. It having been developed that Gibbs had merely loaned his car...
