Luckie and twelve others, all operating employees of MK&T Railway Company of Texas (herinafter styled Katy), and each a member of one of the four Brotherhoods, defendant-appellants, for themselves and others similarly situated, against the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, Grand International Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen, Order of Railway Conductors...
