This is an appeal from a decision of the Board of Patent Interferences of the United States Patent Office granting priority of invention of the subject matter of the interference to the junior party, McLamore, Minneman, and Dunn, hereinafter referred to as McLamore. Three counts, Nos. 1, 5, and 6, corresponding to claims 1, 5, and 6 of the McLamore patent, were before the board in the interference, the interference having been dissolved...
