This is an employee's petition in each case to adjudge his employer in contempt for refusing to pay him compensation in accordance with an agreement entered into under the workmen's compensation act. General laws 1938, chapter 300. After the petitions were heard together in the superior court the trial justice found the employer guilty, but not in all respects as alleged in the petitions.
