Appellants have been since March 1949 the owners of the southwest quarter and the south half of the northwest quarter of Section 5, and the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 6, Township 22 North, Range 11 East, of the 6th P. M. in Burt County. This land is within the Burt-Washington Drainage District, hereinafter called the district, and the land has been assessed for benefits.
