PER CURIAM.

The defendant was charged in the municipal court of the city of Des Moines, Iowa with the crime of assault and battery. Upon trial in that court he was found guilty and judgment and sentence was imposed. He has appealed. We have examined the record as submitted on a clerk's transcript and find no reversible error. The judgment of the municipal court as entered is affirmed.
