This is a companion case to Roberts Estate (appeals of Robert W. Beatty and Margaret Harrison, executors, and of Ella N. Greenfield, residuary legatee), decision in which was filed contemporaneously herewith (see 380 Pa. 600, 112 A.2d 394).
