This action was brought by R.L. Green, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, against the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Co., hereinafter referred to as defendant, to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained as a result of being struck by a freight car. Upon a trial to the jury a verdict was rendered for plaintiff upon which judgment was entered, and defendant appeals.
