Plaintiff brings action in this court under Section 2410 Title 28 U.S.C. to remove a cloud on the title of some property which he purchased at a circuit court commissioner's sale conducted under the laws of the State of Michigan and by authority of an attorney's lien for services, which lien had been allegedly perfected.
