This is one of five cases which arose as the result of a head-on collision between two automobiles in which one of the drivers was killed and six persons injured.

The automobiles involved were a Plymouth car driven by Sellmirl J. Windolph and a Dodge car owned by Mrs. Leroy Harley and driven by her husband, Leroy Harley. The accident occurred about 3:00 a. m., on July 5, 1953, at a slight but exceedingly dangerous S curve on Highway 11 in the...
