On this appeal appellant challenges the decree of the trial court interpreting certain provisions in the last Will and Testament of Percy A. Shaw. Shaw died April 7, 1954 and his Will was executed March 11, 1943. Appellant is the widow of the deceased.

The testator left surviving him, in addition to his widow, a sister, Helen E. Shaw and two daughters by a former marriage, viz.; Norma Jean (Shaw)...
