In June, 1941, H. Dulaney Mitchell was convicted and sentenced under an eight-count indictment charging violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 338.* This conviction was affirmed. Mitchell v. United States, 10 Cir., 126 F.2d 550, certiorari denied 316 U.S. 702, 62 S.Ct. 1307, 86 L. Ed. 1771.
