Special ground 1 complains of the refusal of the trial court to charge on request that anything said during the course of the trial relative to the financial interest of the Federal Government in the Housing Authority should not be considered by the jury in reaching a verdict. The only evidence relative to the Federal Government was the testimony of a witness for the defendant that the Housing Authority floated its own bonds and paid back to the Government...
