The matters related by appellee as a basis for the relief she asks are that she was the owner and in possession of Lot 37, Martin's Subdivision as platted, in South Sioux City; that there was a fence along the east line thereof; that appellant without the knowledge or consent of appellee tore down and removed the fence and refused to restore it; that appellant had trespassed upon the property of appellee and that he would continue to do so; that...
