We will refer to plaintiff in error as "plaintiff" and defendant in error as "defendant", such being their respective positions in the trial court. Plaintiff, the wife, obtained a non-contested decree in divorce. In her complaint plaintiff prayed for temporary and permanent alimony; division of property held by the parties; counsel fees, and costs.
