HOBSON, Justice.

These two cases were consolidated for trial below, and arise out of an automobile accident in which William Shearn was fatally injured.

Mary Shearn, as widow of William Shearn, sued Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., and obtained judgment on a verdict for $18,000. From this judgment, Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., appeals. This case is styled Orlando Funeral Home, Inc. v. Shearn.
