Appellant and appellee were married August 23, 1951. A child, Sharon Lee Martin, was born to them July 22, 1952. Mrs. Martin was about 14 years younger than her husband. The parties separated December 2, 1951 and on December 7, 1951, appellee sued his wife for divorce alleging indignities and abuse, and later, by amendment, alleged three years separation without cohabitation.
