In a complaint filed in the municipal court of the city of Omaha, Nebraska, in the name of the State of Nebraska, Gilbert Gayle Renensland was charged with the commission of indecedent, lewd, and filthy acts contrary to the ordinance of the city of Omaha, Nebraska.
