This, an action for the establishment of a boundary between the Marthaville Cemetery and the property of defendant, was instituted by eleven plaintiffs. Pursuant to orders of the court and demands of the petition a survey of the boundary line was had, and a plat and proces verbal of the survey of Louis J.
