Plaintiff was the owner of various articles of farm machinery and equipment, and a supply of parts therefor, acquired by him in the operation of a farm equipment business at Aberdeen, South Dakota. On November 1, 1949 as party of the first part he entered into the following agreement with the defendant, who was then operating a delivery service in Aberdeen, as party of the second part.
