The administratrix, c. t. a., of the estate of John E. Hoover, sued Russell Hardy for $2,500, the claimed value of legal services alleged to have been performed by the decedent for Hardy. Hardy denied owing anything and he filed a counterclaim for $3,000, the claimed value of legal services alleged to have been performed by him for the decedent. The trial court denied recovery on both claim and counterclaim...
