This is a Workmen's Compensation case. Mary Neff, the widow of William L. Neff, on her behalf and as guardian of their minor child, filed a claim for compensation for the death of her husband who died at a hospital in Wichita of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage on October 17, 1953. To get a basis for the claim they go back to August 28, 1953, for the action.
