Defendant Bill Goldstein was indicted for grand theft and conspiracy to commit grand theft. Also indicted and tried with him were Jay Rich and his wife, Betty Rich. Goldstein and Jay Rich were convicted. Betty Rich was acquitted. Defendant Goldstein made a motion for new trial which was denied.
