Joe P. Wilcox obtained a judgment divorcing him from his wife, Lois H. Wilcox, and was awarded the custody of their two daughters, who were then 6 and 12 years of age, with the right of visitation given the mother. The judgment awarded Mrs. Wilcox alimony in the lump sum of $2,500 and in the further sum of $125 per month over a period of five years.
