This suit was brought by plaintiff for the recovery of property damages and personal injuries resulting from an automobile accident. The defendants were named as the Linville Produce Company, the driver of its truck, Bobby Jack Dennis, and the liability insurer, New Amsterdam Casualty Company. After trial there was judgment in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $5,000, representing the amount awarded for personal injuries, and there was further judgment...
