Gwinn, then sixty-seven years of age, sustained serious injuries in an industrial accident occurring while he was in the course of his employment as a night watchman for Kimbell Milling Company, a subscriber of appellee Associated Employers Lloyds, under the Workmen's Compensation Laws.
