This was an action brought by appellant as plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by him as the result of a collision between a motor vehicle driven by him and a tractor-trailer owned by appellee Anco Manufacturing & Supply Company and driven by appellee Gene Franklin Paddock.
