The appellant complains of a judgment entered against it upon a jury verdict for the death of the decedent killed in an accident on February 3, 1951, through the alleged negligence of appellant during a switching operation at Jeffersonville, Indiana, within the depot of the United States Army Quartermaster. The specifications of negligence here important include failure of the Railroad to furnish the decedent with a reasonably safe place to work...
