Plaintiffs manufacture and distribute a patented amusement device known as a "Mobile Musical Carousel," which is a small merry-go-round used primarily for advertising purposes by the purchasers. They sued the defendants in the Circuit Court of Dade County, alleging that the individual defendants were former employees who in the course of their employment had become familiar with and had appropriated the plans, specifications and design of the carousel...
