On exceptions. The respondent, A. Alden Woodworth, was tried for the crime of embezzlement before a drawn jury at the January Term, 1954 of the Superior Court for the County of Androscoggin and State of Maine. The jury returned a verdict of guilty and the respondent was sentenced to not less than one year nor more than two years in the Maine State Prison.
