On exception by the plaintiff to a directed verdict in favor of the defendant.

This is an action by the plaintiff to recover damages to a certain Ford automobile and to the person of the plaintiff, who was the owner and driver of the car at the time of the collision on May 6, 1954.

The defendant filed a plea of general issue together with a brief statement that the defendant was adjudicated a bankrupt on the second day of August...
