On May 6, 1954, the county and prosecuting attorney of Crook county, Wyoming, filed an information against the defendant Norris Jackson, charging that the latter on August 3, 1953, "did wilfully and unlawfully drive a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor to a degree which rendered him, the said Norris Jackson, incapable of safely driving a motor vehicle."
