The Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company operates a branch line leading from a point on its main line south of the city of Richmond through Chesterfield county to the city of Hopewell. It proposes to construct a spur track running from the branch line to a point near Bermuda Hundred, in Chesterfield county, to serve the plant of Allied Chemical & Dye Corporation.
