This is a suit by the appellees, Newlin and Black, to obtain compensation for their services in finding a purchaser for a tourist court owned by the appellant and her husband. The principal defense is that the appellees failed to produce a buyer willing to take the property on terms acceptable to the Fikes. The trial court, sitting without a jury, entered judgment for the appellees for $1,500.
