PER CURIAM.

This appellant was convicted of murder in the first degree for killing his wife and sentenced to the penitentiary for life.

At the conclusion of the evidence for the State defendant's counsel moved to exclude the evidence for that (in substance) it was not sufficient to support a verdict of guilt. The court overruled the objection and defendant excepted. This is not improper practice in criminal cases...
