This was a workmen's compensation case. The workmen's compensation commissioner made an award to claimant. On appeal, the trial court accepted and adopted the stipulations of the commissioner and his summary of the evidence, but made findings and an award of its own, and entered judgment thereon for claimant, from which he appeals.
