Plaintiff and defendant are sisters. Their father, A. W. Damron, conveyed a parcel of real estate to the defendant in 1945, reserving a life estate for himself. The deed did not mention the plaintiff, who now claims that there was an oral trust agreement between her father and sister at the time of the conveyance, whereby she was to get an undivided one-half interest in the remainder.
