This case was tried to the Court January 3, 1955, January 10, 1955 and March 28, 1955, on which latter date the evidence was completed.

The suit arose out of the termination in December 1952 of the employment of the plaintiff Bell, a route salesman for defendant, Jewel Tea Company, Inc., as the result of alleged shortages in his accounts. Bell had a contract of employment which provided that all materials and goods delivered to a storeroom...
