Liverman and Noah Gilliken, respondents herein, to recover for personal injuries sustained by libellant while employed on board the ferry boat Norfolk, a harbor craft operating between Norfolk and Newport News, Virginia, which said ferry boat was owned and operated by the Commonwealth of Virginia, acting by and through its Department of Highways.
