At about 7:30 o'clock on the very rainy night of March 22, 1952, the 1947 Dodge sedan, owned and driven by Rodney A. Buras, and another driven by Feltus Peck came into collision in the intersection of the lake side roadway of Claiborne Avenue and Laharpe Street, in New Orleans. The car of Buras sustained damage, and, alleging that the collision resulted solely from negligence of Peck, Buras brought this suit against him, praying for judgment for $159...
