Ola I. HICKS, Appellant, v. UNITED STATES of America, County of Dade, a political subdivision of the State of Florida; University of Miami, a Florida Corporation; Any Other Parties Claiming by, through, under, or against the Aforementioned Defendants, and All Claimants under any of such Parties; All Persons Having or Claiming any Interest in the Following Described Land: All of the Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼), and the fractional Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of Section 24, Township 55 South, Range 40 East, situate, lying and being in Dade County, Florida, Appellees.
