Appellant, Alice M. Salmon, filed claim under the workmen's compensation law on account of her husband's death while he was an employee of appellee, Armco Steel Corporation. The referee dismissed appellant's application upon the ground that she had failed to prove that her husband, Everett Salmon, died as a result of an injury by accident.
