Suit was instituted by J.E. DeCell in the County Court of Yazoo County against Federal Crop Insurance Corporation to recover certain benefits on account of crop damage for the year 1947. The cause was tried before the county judge, sitting as both judge and jury. There was a judgment for the plaintiff in the sum of $2,026.90, principal, and $130.68 interest to December 3, 1951, the date of the judgment, together...
