In considering appellants' contention that they are entitled to a new trial we find the issues presented on this appeal to be as follows:

(1) Was it error for the trial court to refuse appellants' request for an instruction which would have required the jury to disregard all evidence as to depreciation in the market value of the remaining portion of land after the taking which tended to show that such remaining land had lost its value for commercial...
