This is a suit to construe the will of James G. Rowe, Jr. He was married twice. He had several children by the first marriage, which ended in divorce. He married Florence Danby Rowe, and died after a few years, leaving a will. Less than a month prior to his second marriage he purchased a house, which became the home of the couple during their marriage. The property, of course, was actually his separate...
