Plaintiff, an attorney, brought an action for declaratory relief seeking a determination of his rights under a contingent fee employment contract. At issue was whether he was entitled to $3,750 or $7,041.66 for services rendered. The trial court, sitting without a jury, awarded plaintiff the larger sum and defendant Zappettini appeals from the judgment.
